In the most unexpected chapter of her life, Emily found herself relocating from Southern California to freezing Boston after her husband accepted a new job. Even though she could pop on a plane to New York and Los Angeles to film tv segments, Emily was in the middle of fertility treatments to start a family and needed to stay close to home. Being the motivated worker bee that Emily is, she wanted a way to give financially to her family with the flexibility to "work-from-anywhere." With the ability to return her initial investment kit if it wasn't a good fit, Emily decided to jump in with two feet.

Six years later, Emily has climbed her way to the top 3% of the company using her leadership, recruiting and personal sales skills. Emily has earned five all-expense paid trips and a Mercedes Benz due to her team Everyday Glam's (wink wink) team efforts. Corporate has recognized and leveraged her talents to speak on the global launch of Face Masks in 2019 and included her in the exclusive focus group for Brow Boost to test the products before the summer 2020 launch. Her decision to say yes to R&F has transformed over 220+people's lives on her team.
